- Do you make all these things yourself?
- Yes I do! Everything at Area Thrifty One has been designed and handmade by me, Nanette Regan. Due to the nature of handmade goods all items are slightly different, so each item is a unique one-of-a-kind creation made with great love and care.
- Are your toys suitable for young children?
- Yes. All the toys in my shop comply with the European Toy Safety Directive, known in Great Britain as BS EN71 (parts 1-8).
- What forms of payment do you accept?
I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- When will I receive my order?
- All orders are shipped within 2 working days of receipt of payment. Area Thrifty One is based in the Channel Islands, UK. All deliveries are sent using Jersey Post Standard Airmail. UK orders have an approximate delivery time of 2-3 working days from date of mailing. International postage can take 5-10 working days from date of mailing. I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched. You will be responsible for any import duties or custom charges on the parcel.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. Where ever you live, I'm happy to ship to you.
- What if I need to return something?
- I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns at all you have the legal right to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order and return the goods, you must inform me via email. Your right to cancel your purchase ends 7 working days after the day on which you received the goods.
- And will you refund the purchase price?
- Yes. I will refund the price of the goods and the shipping costs within 30 days from the date that you cancelled your order. You must return the goods to me as soon as practicable and pay the shipping cost of the return. Please return the goods with their original packaging. You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
